    Treated me very well. Collected my car and returned it with a fresh valet. All servicing done and very polite throughout. The opposite of my experiences with VW who treat Motability as second class customers. Volvo treated me as a valued customer from start to finish.

    Customer service I can only rate as good, not great as I had to wait when I first arrived and no one came to help me. Also on collection I had to wait while photos were re-taken of the car. Also while I had use of a hire car it was virtually empty of fuel and I had to put £20 of fuel in before my drive home. No warning was given that the fuel was low and would need topping up. The staff that I met were pleasant and polite

    Cannot fault the service of my car, I would however fault the curiosity car not being available for a mobility driver. Had to wait for over two hours in the most uncomfortable chairs. I have a fractured spine and was so painful.

    No courtesy car offered and none available when I asked. I didn’t have anyone to pick me up or drop me off. So had to sit in the dealership from 10am until 1.30pm. Uncomfortable chairs, no one checked on me, no refreshments. Awful service, felt like a 2nd rate citizen. The chap on the service desk was nice enough but I will not be using this dealership again.
