- Rating 1.0Feb 10, 2023Didn’t complete everything on service and fault. Couldn’t offer courtesy vehicle for duration and wouldn’t offer any assistance. I have a mobility vehicle and have issues that wouldn’t allow me to keep driving every day to exchange vehicle when they couldn’t complete the works. Was told I couldn’t have it for longer than a day and had to drive back and forth each time and re book each time. There was No understanding or assistance offered when trying to deal with faulty mobility car. Very poor service. They have gone down hill. Every time I’ve had any dealings with them they get worse. I wouldn’t get another vehicle from here. Avoid if you can!!!!!!
