    There are many factors that we take into consideration when offering a price for the vehicle, such as age of the vehicle, current mileage, the condition of the vehicle in person, service history etc.

    I been looking for a car was at Evans halshaw seen first sales rep who was very good try to find a car for me got no news on that subject I then phone them couple days later and told by another sales rep the car I would like would take many months to get so you get 2 different stories so why bother not impressed at all why can't they just say they cannot get a car

    Did not do a test drive as the car I was interested in was not in showroom would of loved to test drive this car or similar before order was placed travelled from Bristol to Cardiff so disappointed really

    Evans Halshaw dealership in Cardiff.
    Sarah (salesperson) has been great, however, that’s where the positives end.
    I ordered the car and was notified when it was in the UK, was initially told I could collect around 7 days afterwards (19th Aug), unfortunately, due to delays from the port this couldn’t as the car still hadn’t arrived in the dealership. On the 18th of Aug, I therefore decided to pick up the car at 10am on the 1st of Sep. I arrived at the dealership early, completed all necessary paperwork and proudly waited by the car whilst Sarah was arranging the tax. I was informed that the car couldn’t be taxed due to an error, Sarah promptly arranged a higher loan car and told me mine would be delivered to my home address that day, worst case scenario the next day. More than a little disappointed, I accepted as it certainly wasn’t Sarah’s fault and I could see how hard she was trying to rectify the situation.
    However, I’m now on day 2, still no car and it’s unlikely that I’ll get it. The problem is with DS UK and an error on pricing, the dealership have desperately been trying to rectify, but DS aren’t even reading the emails, or acknowledging phone calls.
    Very poor service from a company trying to market themselves as a premium brand, my advice, spend the money on a different car because you will not get a premium service from DS.
