    Poor. A year ago an oil leak was found on the drive train. Not fixed. It just went in for a service and apparently it's fixed itself. At this last service there was no communication. No service video. No advice as to any problems, tires, wipers or MOT. I have no idea about the state of the vehicle. I don't even know if it passed it's MOT.

    Three hour wait for a service is ridiculous! Other customers came and went, I know one also had a service so I guess they prioritised real paying customers over motability.
