When discussing your requirements, the team will listen to why you need the car and what you need it to be able to do before showing you around the most suitable car. Once you have a car of interest, they will arrange an unaccompanied test drive to give you the chance to experience it for yourself.
We also offer video appointments if you’re not comfortable visiting us in person and we will do all that we can to ensure that you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times.

- Rating 5.0Mar 13, 2024Met with Lyndon yesterday (apologies if that isn't spelt correctly) I was in the door for no more than 3 seconds and he was there waiting, ready to greet me - was nice putting a face to the name as we had been missing each others called for the passed week or so.
Lyndon explained the process and went through all the paperwork with me so I knew what was going on and what I needed to do. Showed me who I would be visiting when bringing the car in for service and MOT too.
When he bought the car round for me, he sat with me and showed me around the car - even checked the locking wheel nut was there which wasn't done for a previous car elsewhere and there was headache about that, so I was happy he did that unpromted. Once I was comfortable and had no more questions, he kindly guided me out of the car park, which I greatly appreciated as the road was quite busy.
