    The staff were nice pleasant and professional. However as a motability customer they didn’t take into account my needs at all first offering a manual and then having to use a smaller ev automatic which has caused me to be bed bound probably for three days. The ev didn’t have enough charge In it to run the heating as well as driving and the cold significantly impacts my health. I was in tears by the time I got to the garage and didn’t even get a sorry. I used this garage and bought a Nissan as the service package was for collection from my address they have removed this but made it impossible for me to use there services again now

    Absolutely brilliant 🤩 Egidijus Jakstys is brilliant was so smartly dressed ,welcoming and polite, nothing was too much trouble for him and I felt so at ease. I will definitely stay at this dealership with him. My experience was brilliant I will definitely recommend him and dealership to friends thank you Egidijus Jakstys for your 5 star customer service meant a lot to us you took a lot of stress out of choosing a car.
