    From the minute I walk to the desk a gentlemen couldn’t do euff for me offer me cupa tea more then once. He went threw the video they sent me and I didn’t understand. So he went throw it with.

    From my previous experience with a local dealership who i’d originally ordered with,i felt quite downhearted as the motability salesman there didn’t seem interested in showing me the car i wanted,he never rang me and if i rang him he wasn’t interested and it felt like it was just because i was a motability customer so just one day i actually only rang Trenton in the off chance that they may have any motability cars coming in or on order and immediately they were willing to help me.
    i originally dealt with Martin when i placed my order but think he went on long term sick so i received a call from Rob Hunt who was absolutely fab at keeping me updated with my car order,and. think because of that it hasn’t seemed so long at all.
    When i collected my car yesterday Rob went through every single detail with me,he gave me a fully guided tour of the car and helped me to download the app that connects my car to my phone.I have never felt anything else but a normal customer who gets treat the same as anyone else going in there and buying a car
    Rob put fuel in the car for me and gave me a lovely gift of a bottle of wine.
    He said he will call me in a few days to see how i’m doing with the car.I have nothing but praise for Rob and the rest of Trenton’s who in my
    opinion go above and beyond for their customers and for that i’m truly thankful,and i’m absolutely in love with my new motability car which has given me more freedom to be able to get out.Thankyou so much
