- Rating 1.0Apr 27, 2022The dealership cannot offer a courtesy car any bigger than a fiat 500 which is no good if you use a wheelchair. They never rang to say the vehicle had passed its mot and was ready for collection I’d to ring them the morning after. When dropping the car off and picking the hire car up that Motability had to sort and provide, no one at Arnold Clark would help me locate the hire car so being disabled and having to walk around the entire compound to find the car was not easy to do but I had to. I have had nothing but bad experiences with Arnold Clark in Leeds from day 1 and would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are nothing but nice when you’re looking at cars and ordering but the after service and the service department are terrible. - Rating 2.0Apr 7, 2022I asked for a telephone call when the vehicle was ready, according to my text message it had been ready for an hour & a half before I received a call. I was Kept waiting 5 mins until the guy at the service desk..made a call..not was on a call already.
