    If I could give Stuart at hyundai a 10/10 for his amazing work co-ordinating the excute of my new car through motability i would.
    I would highly recommend people going through hyundai for their motability vehicles and to be Frank id advise anyone just purchasing a car.

    All the process can be long winded but they give you all information, a tour around your new vehicle. And then ask if you have further questions regarding the mobility purchase made.

    Stuart was an absolute pleasure to work with some people can be stiff and he was making jokes, getting down to my level to discuss things and was just an absolute pleasure.

    The dealership was obviously having staffing issues that day. I had opted to wait, with a 1.30 start time, and had been told the car would be done by 3-3.30. I was still sat at gone 4 before asking a salesperson what was going on. The service staff were elsewhere. I had let them know in advance that I couldn't sit for very long because of pain issues and need to take medication. I had not been informed of delays until I chased it up. I was then told it would be another 30 mins if they cut short the service and didn't wash the car.
    I got home at 5.30 and was in severe pain.
    Please let people know what is going on in person rather than on a TV screen.

    Said they couldn't check spare tyre as boot was full, there was 1 thin blanket to protect the boot when I put shopping in, also did not stamp the service book and when I last checked motobility had not been informed the service has been completed. Told to take the car in at 8am and it would take 2 hours, only to be told when I dropped it off that it wasn't due to be done until 2.30!
