    No Valet as requested.
    Said they would return the car between 2 & 3 pm they returned at 5pm with no phone call advising Mr of the delay. I waited in all afternoon

    Car was not even charged up left on 20% didn't even clean the car for me it was filfy muddy foot prints car was not even ready for me on arrival
