- Rating 4.0Jul 23, 2025The staff were attentive to the technical requirements of the car service, demonstrating competence in that area. However, there was a noticeable lack of hospitality overall. For instance, the coffee machine was out of order, and when this was mentioned to a senior male staff member—who had just made himself a drink—he simply smiled, raised his mug, and walked away without offering assistance.
Fortunately, a member of the reception team, who had overheard the exchange, promptly approached and kindly offered us a beverage, which was appreciated.
Customer experience is a vital component of any business, directly impacting its reputation and long-term success.
