They took the time to clearly explain the different trim options available and helped us understand which would be the best fit for our needs.
The test drive went smoothly, and we were able to try the exact model we plan to purchase—just a slightly older version. We also had concerns about our current lease ending and the impact of a 4-year PIP claim on future costs. They reassured us that we wouldn’t lose out financially and explained that, if the claim wasn’t renewed, we would receive a pro-rata payment rather than facing a large advance cost.
