    Dominic was very helpful and told us everything we needed to know about the vehicles on offer. We went to a few places and once he spotted us walking round vehicles he was there in a flash to guide us through our purchasing process.

    Dom faultlessly handled to whole Motability application with ease and efficiently. Although I had already chosen the iX1, he help me considerably with the technology and other extra features.
    After the paperwork was finished, he handed me over to Dan who ensured my phone was connected to the vehicle along with the BMW app. He made saw I was au fait with all the controls and important features.

    Disgusting , too busy when call never get call back , on goin issue for almost 2 months resulting in myself being left without my mobility car for 6 days & no replacement
