    Eliza is amazing
    However the time it took my car to be fixed etc was appalling 12 plus weeks...

    It was a very good experience. Iwas kept informed of all progress during the day and my car was returned earlier than I anticipated which was lovely. Nice to speak to someone who was really helpful and with a sense of humour

    Excellent customer service a pity the valators let it down I picked my car up they had washed my car but forgot to 2 wash bottom of drivers door & both back wheels I get it was near end of there shift but surely show a little pride in your work!
