    Great service lovely friendly lady. Got my car serviced very quickly as I had forgotten my drivers licence so couldn't take the hire car.

    Unfortunately I wasnÔÇÖt informed prior to arriving how long it was going to take , what I thought would be a 90 min service turned into a near 4 hour job , my vehicle had recalls on it and I wasnÔÇÖt informed or I could have made alternative arrangements instead of sitting with it for nearly 4hours

    It was the first time I had taken a Motability Car in for a service. It was a complete shambles from start to finish. No Courtesy car. I had specifically asked for an automatic being disabled. The car that had been booked for me was sent out. I was then offered an Manual drive car then when I said I couldn't drive one. I was offered a coupe. Nice car but I could neither get in or out of it being Disabled. I was then told I could sit and wait for my car to be serviced if I wanted to or make another appointment. Having waited a month for this one I declined. After sitting and waiting for just over 2 hours my car was ready. I had asked them if they could put my personalised number plates on. They agreed to glue them on. The
