- Rating 5.0Oct 25, 2024Absolutely first class experience in dealing with Alec the sales manager down at Fiat in Corby, I wasn’t feeling too good on this day and wasn’t sure how it worked but his knowledge and professionalism was first class, honestly couldn’t have asked for any more, his knowledge of all the cars was unbelievable and was very patient and understanding with me around my disability, if anyone is thinking of joining the motorbility scheme I would highly recommend visiting Alec and the team down at Fiat in Corby, top notch customer service.

But after explaining this to Simon on the phone, he made me feel at ease and the visit went very well. He made the process from start to finish a very pleasant one.

- Rating 2.0Jun 13, 2023Not ideal, lots of problems. They kept me waiting a lot. Their updates on arrival of the car were always inaccurate. When I passed my test, the car was ready to collect that day - they told me I couldn’t collect it as they had to update the application. I rang the insurer direct on Monday and they told me they’d given false info and there’s no reason I couldn’t collect the car. I went to collect the car and when I arrived I had to sit and wait for 35 mins despite having an appointment time as the salesman was out on a test drive. When he did come back he asked me if I would pose for their social media and when I said no, due to my severe anxiety disorder - he made me feel very uncomfortable. I kept telling him I needed to get home but he insisted on getting in the car and doing various bits and pieces I would have much preferred to do myself…. The salesman was nice enough but he was really very unprofessional (lack of knowledge on the mobility scheme, lateness) and made me very uncomfortable. I don’t usually like to complain, however I hope he is educated on the scheme so this doesn’t happen to the next person with mental health problems.
