Caroline's professionalism is second to none. Very understanding and accommodating to my disability needs. Clearly answering my questions and was very thorough in going through my new car features, the new paperwork and explaining clearly the forms I needed to sign.
Caroline left me and my husband (the driver) feeling very confident and extremely satisfied with the whole experience in how Caroline made us both feel.
It's not easy living with such painful disabilities and having to be dependent upon supports, but Caroline's approach towards me made me feel so included, visible and valued.
