    Poor customers service, poor communication and failure to answer the phone for the service department when it was not even close to closing time. My taxi was delayed but I still had time when I tried to contact the branch. Staff were ready to leave and did not want to serve me until I insisted. No documentation was given to me and my tyres were passed as advisories on 2mm tread depth and no information given as to any parts replaced. Throw away comments such as ‘just take it to Kwik-fit’ were not appreciated, as it must be booked centrally not as a casual drop in. I was made to feel unreasonable for being cross with their poor attitude (signed off for the day and bags on arms) when I was a customer trying to catch up with their lack of communication. The progress link had not been updated/used and nobody had tried to call me after 2pm. I had finished a 13hr night shift when i dropped off the car but I didn’t expect to have to rush at the last minute to collect. I have often felt less valued as a Motorbility customer and I highly doubt I’ll renewing next year with this branch.

    Smooth and stress-free pickup at Ford Motability, TC Harrison Derby. Friendly, professional staff and a well-organised handover. Great experience overall. Mention to Martin Hunt who has been exceptional throughout . Given realistic wait times when ordered , would have liked a bit sooner but worth the wait now I have the vehicle .

    T C Harrison Ford Derby are excellent Motability Specialists for selecting a new car. Martin Hunt the Motability Specialist representative is excellent with his knowledge and professionalism. Nothing is too much trouble for him. I have used T C Harrison Ford Derby for my previous Motability car, and I wasn't disappointed.
