    Was not shown how to use/work anything on in car. Nothing to do with car talked about. Told took look online. Payment was awful had to do it on my mobile phone using my own card reader luckily I had with me. The car had an awful huge guard fitted that was not asked for they had to remove it leaving holes in roof and floor internally. Angry not happy

    Unfortunately I was let down by another dealer due to lack of communication and build times going backwards so I cancelled.
    I changed my mind on manufacturer and decided that the Citroen C5 Aircross met my own needs.
    I contacted 2 Citroen dealers that were local to me. What a difference between who I ordered my car from and the other dealer.
    I decided to order my 1st New Motability car with Adam Northover, who I believe is a credit to Evans Halshaw Citroen Kettering.
    I also was introduced to Richard Allen (Sales Mgr) who in turn took time to explain the benefits of the car and what they would mean to me.
    Overall a very relaxed way to order a car with professional and friendly people.
    I forgot to mention, even one of Adam's colleagues came over and offered to make me a drink...a lovely touch in deed.
