    This was the first service for the car so I wasn’t expecting there to be any problems.

    The service was completed quite quickly with no problems, apart for the technician discovering a nail in the rear nearside tyre. I contacted Motability to see who would repair/replace it, the they and they advised that Leicester Audi could replace the tyre with Kwik-Fits’ authorisation.

    I explained this to Leicester Audi and they said they find out and get back to me.

    Leicester Audi then calls me at 5pm to ask when I’d be collecting the car: I asked about the tyre and they advised they hadn’t changed it.

    I collected the car the following day and took it to Kwik-Fit who discovered that the nail had not penetrated tyre so no repair was necessary.
