    I can't say that we left the dealership feeling like we had a good experience. When making the appointment the salesperson got both my name and date for the appointment wrong. The test drive was perfunctory and the car driven was not as described (we were told it was a petrol engine when in fact it was diesel). The salesperson seems to be in a hurry and was dismissive of adding any extras despite having a list of ones I wished to have. If it wasn't for the fact that I had decided upon this particular vehicle, I would have taken my purchase elsewhere.

    Staff at Audi Leicester are not welcoming, when you come in to the service department all staff are at the desk and they completely ignore you,not one of them will ask what do you need help with or where you should go. Very poor customer service in regards to sorting out courtesy mobility car. Never found any faults we mentioned from last 2 years.
