    Very disappointed. Car booked in for 10am on Thursday. Told by service centre it would be a couple of hours.
    On arrival told it would be no later than 5pm. We got a taxi home as no suitable courtesy cars available. Waited all day for the call to get it 20minutes before the dealership closes and as I live nearly double that time away there was no chance of getting my car.
    This left me without transportation or mobility scooter that was in the car for 24hrs.
    This is unacceptable and is the same as when I collected the car on pickup day leaving me waiting on site for 6 hours.
    I am really disappointed with the service I received and don’t think someone should be told a time period then have it turn out to 24hrs.
    I gave two stars because the service was completed and they gave the car a quick vacum and wash.
