From the moment I stepped into the showroom, I was greeted with the most pleasant natural smiles from the staff. I was taken over to the waiting area. I was also amazed by the variety of cold canned drinks available to customers along with hot drinks. The seating area was very relaxing and inviting. Your colleague Tariq was so calming. He listened to what was saying paying particular attention to my budget. I felt he just knew what car I would like. Very impressive indeed but, I always sleep on a plan before making a decision. I woke up feeling very excited and positive and went back to the dealership to secure my full electric vehicle. This car was exactly what I wanted. Tariq was extremely knowledgable and, guided me through the paperwork at my pace thoroughly. Tariq also didn’t mind repeating a lot of it as I drifted back into my excitement. I also felt I wanted to discuss my budgets etc and felt I could easily do this with Tariq’s full understanding. I also asked the question of how long I had to wait it would take to get my car as I had read, it can sometimes take a few weeks depending on the order. The level of customer care I received from Tariq focusing on my needs and wants, helped me to make my decision. In my books, (and, I am a nightmare), I felt totally at ease with Tariq’s customer care. I felt he did go over and above to accommodate my questions and answers. Tariq also definitely knew his stuff. He got a feel of what sort of car I was looking for by just what I was saying, and, it was exactly what I wanted, a full electric car!! Still can’t believe it. I did not feel rushed into making my decision, I understood everything I needed to and, left the showroom feeling extremely excited. So, I rocked up at lunchtime on Monday to pick up my car after receiving a call from Tariqi 4 days later that my car was ready!! As you can imagine my excitement about picking up my car was top level, but when I saw my car driving into the dealership, I couldn’t believe it. I had a huge red bow on the bonnet!!!! I was screaming in excitement and took loads of photos (even one with me draped over the car) next to the bow!!! I felt like a celebrity!! Paperwork signed and I was in my car with Tariq offering a quick tutorial guide. He not only sowed me the quick bits where things where etc. he even set up the necessities like music and navigation system to home etc. I’m still buzzing and I love my car even more. What a fantastic customer care experience eh!!! I was over the moon. So people, If you are looking for a new mobility car, I would definitely recommend you taking a visit to this showroom and ask to speak to Tariq for a 5* customer experience. Evans Halshaw Customer Services - Rating 5.0Jun 18, 2025A fantastic experience!! I was able to pick my car on the PIP Mobility Scheme and, paperwork was sorted out immediately. My car will be ready on Monday to pick up!! The staff had a “can do attitude” giving me their customer “first class” treatment. They offered me to sit in the waiting area and walked me over with a wonderful smile. I choose to have a cool drink. Really felt relaxed and not rushed. The Dr Pepper I had from the customer fridge did the trick and the waiting area was very inviting. For anyone who is looking to get a Mobility Car on the PIP scheme, I highly recommend you either pop in or arrange a time for you to discuss options.
