    From the minute I called Kathryn Van-Kleef was kind personable & professional explaining everything in detail & with great patience. She has been a delight to deal with & her extended customer service is nothing short of exceptional. Additionally, Manager, Ian & Deputy, Ben have been as equally courteous & welcoming & extremely helpful, even providing tech query support when I’ve since called the Dealer; which is way beyond their remit but indicative of the team vibe that’s very obvious throughout the Dealership & also reflective of how much everyone with the Team is always so cheery, polite & friendly & it really makes a difference & is far superior to Mercedes where I have been a Customer for the last 10 years, so the Lexus Leicester experience has been so refreshingly positive & I have been treated with nothing but respect.
