    My car was taken in on 3/8/23 for its first MOT which failed and my car still with VW with no estimated time scale for me to get it back.
    Shocking really as not had any info unless I ring and all I get if we still waiting for the part and it’s just under 3 months now they have had it.

    Terrible customer service at Parkway. No-one calls you back to let you know what's happening. Took two days to bother to retest (MOT)after tyre was changed and only did so after the excellent people at motability got involved as they were taking so long. Had the car for a week and had no prioritisation for vulnerable people whose only way of getting out is the car. Terrible to deal with and no idea about the stresses they add to full time carers and the people they care for.

    I appreciate you recognising my disability and parking my car close to the door for pick up. That's an appreciated item. Car wash too, but I'd really prefer the WAV to be completed in 1 day. When it's simple jobs to be completed too.
