- Rating 5.0Mar 21, 2024Well what a first visit to have my car serviced under the Motability scheme!!!! 5 stars are DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH!!!! Had the oil light coming on for a little while but my partner always checked it and nothing too wrong! Booked it in to be checked out and a few other things to check, a bit early for a service but Motability let Skoda do it! The showroom looked new! Smells of new car! Really light, spacious and clean, easy to get around in my wheelchair, we went straight over to the service area and the 2 ladies there were really super welcoming, friendly and super helpful, left my car in their hands and got a bus into Lincoln for some shopping, got back to the showroom just after 4 and only waited 10 minutes for my car to be ready! They had hoovered and cleaned it inside and out! Absolutely amazing experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone, thank you all for making my first experience with you lovely.

- Rating 1.0Oct 30, 2023I don’t know if the staff at Horton Skoda just neglect motability customers or if their customer service is terrible for everyone. It certainly seems that when you mention you’re a motability customer they lose interest and you get pushed to the back of the queue.
I recently went to look at a new vehicle under the motability scheme and the salesman immediately lost interest when I mentioned motability, he was extremely unhelpful and clearly couldn’t care less.
They very rarely return calls when you phone the company, all in all my experience with Horton Skoda has been poor and I would not recommend them to anyone.
