    Had to wait to the following day to collect my car. No communication on the progress meant they expected me to wait around Lincoln for 7 hours for a basic service to be done. No communication to advise if the car has gone into workshop or when it might be completed

    For the 2nd service running the vehicle has not had a complimentary wash and since its first service we were not advised of courtesy vehicle charge of £20 until we collected the vehicle.

    VHC video was well executed and informative, but unfortunately that was the only good part of the service experience.
