    I waited over 3 hours for an MOT fobbed off several times. If my cars booked in for 8:30 I’d expect it to be on the ramps around that time, instead when I queried how long it takes to be told it depends when we get it on the ramps? Not the ideal for disabled customers that can’t sit/stand for long periods.
