- Rating 5.0Jun 30, 2025Great experience and informative visit. We popped in a couple of days before to just have a look and entertain the possibility of buying or leasing a Kia. We had looked at other makes and models but very much liked the Kia range. We met Nigrl who was reslly helpful and filled in many gaps in our knowledge. I explained we were just thinking about the car and liked the sportage. He gave us a much better understanding of the models, types and benefits which helped us to choose the model we liked and eoukd get the benefit from Nigel explained how the mobility worked and the options we had. We then arranged a test drive, which sgsin was a great experience and we then chose what we wanted and said yes. I was totally impressed with the manager who came out to thank us hor our purchase and offered any help going forward. From start to finished it wasn't a pushy sales visit or anything like. It was a pleasent helpful experience giving us advise and options. I have much confidence the service will continue through our ownership of the car. First class... start to finish. Thank you.
