    From the time of arrival inside was greeted by staff , offered a coffee and asked to wait in the nice seating area until Nigel was ready , as a first time experience for the mobility scheme he went through everything with me made the process clear and understandable and very easy , and went as over and above to help and even got us out ride home too

    Russell who handed the car over was meticulous making sure that I was 100% happy with the procedure. He took time help set up my phone for me and explained in detail the car controls.

    Russell was brilliant explaining the whole procedure. This is my first mobility car and he put me at ease immediately. Nothing was too much for him, he’s a great ambassador for Kia Loughborough and I would recommend anyone needing mobility assistance in selecting the car to seek him out.
