    The lady on the desk was lovely and helpful. I'm not very happy with them leaving a white powder on my car after I think they cleaned the out side of it. Otherwise happy.

    Was ok but no valet this time which is very unusual , also when I got there was told an automatic car was not available when one was booked but this issue did get sorted

    Yes its was OK good service. Polite reception staff, shame no courtesy cars are ever available and service centre doesn't answer their phone.

    Went in for “major service” and needed to rebook to have breaks done and under tray replaced. Cancelled first appointment due to complications around a recent major operation and working commitments and asked for a weekend visit as you’re not able to collect disability vehicles apparently and I work at distance Monday to Friday. Waited for call back which didn’t happen. Then lots of calls when I’m at work and unable to answer. I Called back several times and could never get through so left message as an option. No call back received. Called again today only to be advised parts were sent back and would have to be ordered again…..

    I think not. There is a Vauxhall dealership near me who can do this on a weekend who are less than 5 miles down the road.

    I certainly will not be returning to the dealership any time in the future, not even for my replacement vehicle in October which I hoped to do.

    The dealership makes such a fuss about rating them and asks kindly for a good review and then treat their customers in this way.

    I work full time as a Motability customer. I use a scooter and need a little more support than your average customer with times and flexibility.

    Not all disabled people are old or on benefits. Some of us work full time and have a dedicated career!

    Shocking to treat everyone under the same rules when E&D is in place to treat people fairly!

    I hope this feedback goes some way to make necessary changes for you policy outlay as I have never felt so discriminated and let down by a service of this kind in my life!!

    I was very pleased with the service as was my daughter who took the vehicle on my behalf we had no issues and very pleased that we had a valet on the car before returning to pick the car up, great job,thank you all. Reception were very helpful keeping us up to speed with progress and handing the car back.
