    Oh it experience was very good. We had wla lady called Alison who was very friendly, accommodating and knew all the details were asked about. We had a long appointment and it flew by. Alison was fantastic a real asset to your company

    I had to wait a few weeks so I could get a suitable loan car as I have mobility issues. When I arrived at the dealership the automatic doors were not working so I had to try and open the door while using 2 crutches. I don't expect people to help me however there were between 6 to 8 people facing the door who failed to notice how I was struggling or offered to help.
    No one even said good morning, and the showroom wasn't busy. I wasn't acknowledged by anyone, including the saleswoman ordered my car through, until I reached the service desk and was greeted by Jessica. I did ask her to pass on my feedback about the other staff watching me try to get through the heavy door and I think she was a little bewildered however she recovered well once I explained that it was pure ignorance and just bad manners. She did open the door for me as I left.
    I had booked it in for a service and the recall update but the person who made the appointment hadn't listed that on the schedule however, she did add it on.
    I noticed on the worksheet that “Duty of care” was listed but that was an immediate fail. Only then was I informed that the insurance for a loan car would be £15, I refused and called someone to collect me, which was very inconvenient. I don't know if this is purely for Motability customers or for everyone but it seems very rapacious.
    I dropped the car off at 09:30 and the job took 6 hours and I was called to collect it at 15:35, I did say to Jessica that I couldn't collect it as my pain was severe and she did get someone to deliver it back to me, I only live 0.8 miles from the dealership. I also met Jack the mechanic who was lovely
    I wasn't happy with with the customer service last year and unfortunately, it hasn't improved. I appreciate that the staff see a considerable amount of customers but some customer recognition could and should be employed rather than leaving customers feel just like a number on a file. I do avoid the dealership unless I have to go because the way the business operates so impersonal to its customers and the experience I've had does not make me feel respected or valued.
