    The gentleman that helped me made me feel really comfortable, and also took into account my disabilities. He said he will help me set up the vehicle when I get it so it doesn't trigger my autism and adhd.

    Generally good. Took quite a bit longer than the estimate given which was relevant as I was waiting.
    However, there was some work needed on the car, so this impacted. I was offered a drink and kept up to date with what was happening. All staff were polite.
