    The service reception desk lady was very polite and helpful, she went out of her way to make things easier for me, ie: I had been booked in at another branch without being told and assumed it was at my local branch, the lady cancelled that for me to save me the extra 10 mile journey and booked me in at my local branch within a week she also arranged that my car was collected and dropped off which was convenient for me.
    The service video is informative, explained well, so you don't need to be a mechanic to understand, and there's a link to order any work that is recommended, if wanted. I was very happy with the service.
    The only bad thing is; although they say the car has been valeted, in reality it has been rinsed down with a jet wash and a half-arsed attempt at a vacuum, there was still dust on the dash, my grandchildrens fingerprints on the inside windows, bird-poo on the windscreen and other marks on the inside of the windscreen.
