When discussing your requirements, the team will listen to why you need the car and what you need it to be able to do before showing you around the most suitable car. Once you have a car of interest, they will arrange an unaccompanied test drive to give you the chance to experience it for yourself.

We also offer video appointments if you’re not comfortable visiting us in person and we will do all that we can to ensure that you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times.

    Despite booking the appointment almost four weeks in advance, having email confirmation, and checking in again a few days beforehand, we were initially told we did not have an appointment. Our details had been mixed up with a completely different car. We were then told Motability would not authorise the work.
    This left us waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes in complete uncertainty, being told we may have to leave. Eventually, we were told it had been authorised after all.
    As someone with significant chronic pain, and autism, this situation caused extreme distress. The waiting area chairs are extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable for disabled customers. The prolonged waiting and stress made my pain significantly worse, and five days later I am still not back to my usual pain levels.
    There are no coffee or hot drink facilities, and I was only able to manage because my carer had brought water. The toilets are too far away for someone with mobility and pain issues — I need to use the toilet regularly, and the walk caused further pain and difficulty.
    After the initial delay, it then took another two and a half hours for the service to be completed, during which I was left sitting in considerable pain.
    When we got home, we discovered the tyre pressures had been set incorrectly, meaning my carer now has to sort this out separately.
    Parking is also very limited and tight, which adds further difficulty for disabled customers.
    The only positive was that the lady on reception was polite and kind.
    Overall, this was a very poorly handled appointment and not an accessible or suitable experience for someone with disabilities or chronic pain.
