    After previously thoroughly inspecting the vehicle, we decided it might be the right vehicle for us, so scheduled a test drive. Daniel accompanied my wife and me on the test drive, as we were unfamiliar with the roads in the area. The drive took us through various types of roads, which was incredibly informative. It's safe to say that we both fell in love with the car. Daniel was extremely helpful throughout the process and never once pressured us, unlike some other dealerships. After test driving other vehicles we were considering, we were certain that the Ioniq 5 was the perfect car for us. We proceeded to place the order, and once again, Daniel ensured we selected the right model to meet my specific needs. The ordering process was seamless and hassle-free.

    Not at all happy with my new car as i cannot get my husbands wheelchair in the boot!!!! That was the reason I bought it in the first place?!? I was told that the new model boot would be suitable and it certainly isn't !! This vehicle is far too big for me to manoeuvre so I will need to change it please! How do I go about doing that? I'm away in Devon until tomorrow afternoon when I'll be driving back home - if you could call me please after 2:30pn on Thursday (eye appointment in the morning) I need to know how I go about changing to a more suitable car!!
