    We were accused of scratching the courtesy car which was absolute rubbish. We went from dealership to home to dealership with NO issues whatsoever. Clearly dealership wanted to claim on my insurance to pay for a historic scratch repair. Manager rang me to discuss. Was not asked to check car beforehand either, keys simply handed over and paperwork signed. Very angry about the false accusation staff need retracing on customer service. Appalling experience with Bells Northampton

    Awesome service as always. Knowledgeable and friendly service admin team and the technician was also very friendly. Just wish the hot chocolate was available which I had been looking forward to whilst I waited ­čÖé.

    Great customer service, as a mobility customer I was never made to feel devalued as a regular customer. I thought the video showing areas looked at on my car great and informative. Also love the fact car gets cleaned and I loved loved the courtesy car also. Thank you.
