- Rating 3.0Sep 18, 2023We were accused of scratching the courtesy car which was absolute rubbish. We went from dealership to home to dealership with NO issues whatsoever. Clearly dealership wanted to claim on my insurance to pay for a historic scratch repair. Manager rang me to discuss. Was not asked to check car beforehand either, keys simply handed over and paperwork signed. Very angry about the false accusation staff need retracing on customer service. Appalling experience with Bells Northampton
