Absolutely outstanding experience from the moment i walked into the show room to enquire about a motability car, tommy was exceptional with his extensive knowledge about the scheme, i had a test drive and ordered my car ! Everything went so smoothly, i also had amazing customer service from dan when picking up my car, he could not have made the collection of my first hybrid car easier, he explained EVERYTHING in amazing detail even i could understand it … i drove away in my amazing new toyota yaris cross hybrid today, completely happy with everything from start to finish … thank you tommy and dan you have both been absolutely amazing !

My name is Leanne and I picked up my Toyota Yaris cross on Monday 6th November. Dan (with the beard) in motability was so helpful. He took his time to explain everything to me about my new car. He was so pleasant and professional at all times and he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable driving the car as it was my first automatic vehicle. Once all the paperwork was done he took me to the car and shown me everything. He also took me for a short test drive before driving it home. 2 days later he rang me to see how I was getting on with my new car.
