The Motability Scheme offers simple, all-inclusive leasing to anyone receiving a qualifying mobility allowance. You simply use your allowance to lease a brand new car from a huge choice of makes and models. You can have up to three named drivers (this doesn't have to be you) and the price of every lease includes insurance, breakdown and maintenance.

When discussing your requirements, the team will listen to why you need the car and what you need it to be able to do before showing you around the most suitable car. Once you have a car of interest, they will arrange an unaccompanied test drive to give you the chance to experience it for yourself.
We also offer video appointments if you’re not comfortable visiting us in person and we will do all that we can to ensure that you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times.

It’s still unacceptable that nobody could manage the diary except the mobility specialist who, to this day, has never returned my call. He was always unavailable, on another call, or had just stepped out.
I decided to try Kettering, as I wanted a Ford Puma. I can only say how fantastic they were — from initially contacting them to having my car ready, the whole process has taken just a week.

No one told me that my car was ready; I had to go to the desk and ask. They then sent me a video to explain what other things needed done to my car; the video was inaudible. A very poor experience indeed. I won't be going there again.
