    Had great customer service from Micheal. He explained everything I needed to know and arranged a test drive in the appropriate car. Also very friendly and welcoming. The staff on the computers were also helpful and offered a seat and drinks. All round great experience. Thank you.

    Kyron was helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable and asked helpful questions that assisted me with making decisions. He was not pushy or overbearing and I didn't feel compelled to make decisions quickly.

    When we initially sat down with Liam he explained clearly how the scheme worked, we later had a test drive of the desired car that we wanted to consider. The vehicle was the en ordered and was told that the delivery date would be at least December 2022, although feeling a little disappointed we understood the situation so we placed order anyway. Last week Monday 23 May 2022 I had a telephone conversation with Liam explaining that our vehicle would be ready for collection, this was very good news.
    Tuesday 31 May 2022 we arrived at the dealership very excited and was greeted by Micheal, very pleasant young man, we were asked to sit and he would be with us shortly, the wait wasn’t too long. He went through the hand over with us making us feel welcome. We then proceeded to see our new vehicle which is amazing, the vehicle it’s self is of very high quality and we are both extremely happy with our decision to purchase a Hyundai Tucson.
    May I thank you all for the smooth process and I will be returning for another vehicle when the time comes.
