    Disappointed, wasn't told it was a major service, do sat and waited in total 3.5 hours, not washed or vacuumed as happend on previous service, and only item I asked to be done was rear washer direction nozzle. Nothing done, wonder why technician didn't read service sheet? A shame as staff are friendly and polite. I was told they do collect cars for service when I was given keys back. Pity they didn't offer to collect 6 weeks ago when they rang me to book it in.
