- Rating 5.0Aug 19, 2024James was an absolute god send when it came to helping us pick our motability car; we first met him on Monday and asked about the M4 and the HS and he booked us in for Sunday for a test drive so he would have time to help us properly. He was really good at getting the paperwork ready for test driving which other companies we had gone to made it a total nightmare, he made sure he had all the information to hand. He explained all the new prices on motability for the HS and ordered our car in our colour choice straight away so he could get it in for us as soon as possible. He even spent some time easing my stress about what would happen to the car if I had to go to tribunal with my PIP reapplication next year which was so reassuring. He's such a kind, compassionate and caring human being and it shines in the way he never rushed us, not for a second.
