    we never got told that once we dropped our car off that we could always get a taxi paid for home by Motability. We’ve always waited for hours. This time my husband took the car in on his own as I was unwell to go with him. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours, the car is not moved from the spot that he left it at. He was told that there was waiting for mobility to agree to the Service. The dealership apologise and said that them they come pick it up the following Monday and do a complimentary car wash. They took the car on the Monday and we received the car back in a worse then what they took it in. we explained to the driver that we wasn’t happy he said that he wouldn’t be either he took photos and sent it back to the dealership. Their response was that the dust and the flies would’ve been caused by the drive home. We have took many pictures to show the state of the car when we received it back we’re going to explain that we wasn’t happy. They said that they’re getting in touch with the dealership and advised us to make a formal complaint. We have done this and we are now waiting on a reply.
