    Very helpful and polite staff. Went through and questions with patience. Unfortunately I wasn't told I would need to pay part of the advance payment and be refunded it which has caused an issue as it is my sons birthday this weekend so hoping to have it back by then. Other than that the whole experience was great, was kept updated and even had my order changed without a problem.

    We had a lovely dealership guy called harry from bedford he was helpful & kind and always answered all our questions I've when we just popped in with a random question he still had time to answer them & when it come to picking up the car he made sure we know what we was doing showed us everything .... couldn't of asked for better customer service

    Our appointment was double booked was seen 20 mins later by a different salesman..the car was dirty inside and out when collected ..the appointment seemed extremely rushed and not very informative..and lastly the car was blocked in we had to sit for 10 mins in a searing 30 degree heat before we could get out..awful service unfortunately
