    Told the Wrong car ordered after 8 months wait was offered a seat instead of a Hyundai, accepted car as I needed a car.

    I was called while my car was having its service and was advised that my rear windscreen wiper was not working, I said to the caller while you have my car could you please do it? I was told no as they were fully booked in (totally acceptable)
    However when I was given the paperwork from the service report it stated “I refused the service”!!
    Bearing it is a mobility vehicle and I am an extremely anxious lady with breathing difficulties I was extremely upset with that comment as it makes not only look bad, but feel it.
    I was also asked to bring both key fobs for the car and said to the lady how grateful I was as I had paid out of my disability benefit to replace both fobs shortly before the service as the car was asking me too….
    The minute I got in the car it was still needing the fobs battery’s to be replaced so I can only clearly assume they were not done even after I asked when I collected the car if it had been done I was told, I guess so if it was on the paperwork!!!
    No point in me going back in to explain my frustration when they clearly wouldn’t have had time to correct it!!
    As for the complimentary clean of the car….
    I have no happy news on that.

    Most disappointing to be fair.

    I did receive a response after a few weeks with the promise of getting someone to look into this…..
