We have fully trained Motability specialists on hand to ensure that your experience from order to delivery runs smoothly and meets your needs. They can answer any questions you may have around the Motability Scheme and our current offers.

When discussing your requirements, the team will listen to why you need the car and what you need it to be able to do before showing you around the most suitable car. Once you have a car of interest, they will arrange an unaccompanied test drive to give you the chance to experience it for yourself.

We also offer video appointments if you’re not comfortable visiting us in person and we will do all that we can to ensure that you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times.

    Kim McKillop at Ford Rayleigh was very knowledgeable and our face to face interactions were extremely positive. Sadly there were delays in getting our vehicle and the ETA changed a number of times but I believe this was outside the control of the Rayleigh site, and the Motability scheme.

    I had previously ordered a car from an alternative manufacturer, the experience was very stressful and needless to say I wasn’t successful in taking delivery of a car. I cancelled my order with that manufacturer and came to Rayleigh Fords in view of submitting an application for a different vehicle. I was met by Kim, she was an absolute pleasure to have look after me. Nothing was too much trouble and she was at the end of the phone if I had any questions regarding anything Motability. Kim truly took the stress of finding a car away! Kim really made it a seamless, stress free experience for me. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Rayleigh Fords and especially Kim, to anyone looking for a ford product on the motability scheme.
