    It was the worst experience I have ever had, they had very bad intentions! They didn't even let me know about the situation for a moment! Everything was in there , a car that is in excellent condition and new! I didn't rent a car because I thought they would deliver the car to me at the end of the afternoon of the same day! They let me know at the last minute at the end of the afternoon of the same day! I was frustrated and depressed, I had no experience to deal with this situation! I felt that, if I am from Motability, it doesn't matter, I am of no importance to them! I felt like I had an inferiority complex! Because I have no health or money! I never want to go back! They gave me a receipt for the car without the value and they didn't even send me a video like the other times showing what was done, they only gave me the Mot pass! I thank you guys at Motability who did everything to help me, that is priceless, I did everything so as not to cause you any harm! I know you made taxis available to me, but I only used them when necessary! Thank you very much to each and every one of you at Motability, I am grateful to you and to God! Thank you 🤩🙏🏽🥰

    A positive experience from beginning to end. A courtesy car was arranged and Omer was friendly, patient and helpful, talking me through my additional requirements. I was sent a video and called when the car was ready. The service centre's facilities are comfortable and my car was even cleaned. The legendary Gary was on hand and all were friendly, including the nice lady on the reception desk. I cannot praise Group 1 Borehamwood more - and this is why I am on my sixth Mini with this garage and am now considering Mini number seven!

    Really disappointed. I was made to wait over two hours for an oil change. I booked a courtesy car three weeks in advance, but was not able to have one upon arrival as apparently their systems were not working. The complimentary valet was subpar at best. My windows are now smeared, and the dashboard area is dirty. Had I have paid additional for this service (Motability Scheme), I would have asked for my money back. Maybe they did a shoddy job because they think I have my vehicle for free
