- Rating 5.0Apr 10, 2025A positive experience from beginning to end. A courtesy car was arranged and Omer was friendly, patient and helpful, talking me through my additional requirements. I was sent a video and called when the car was ready. The service centre's facilities are comfortable and my car was even cleaned. The legendary Gary was on hand and all were friendly, including the nice lady on the reception desk. I cannot praise Group 1 Borehamwood more - and this is why I am on my sixth Mini with this garage and am now considering Mini number seven!

I booked a courtesy car three weeks in advance, but was not able to have one upon arrival as apparently their systems were not working. The complimentary valet was subpar at best. My windows are now smeared, and the dashboard area is dirty. Had I have paid additional for this service (Motability Scheme), I would have asked for my money back. Maybe they did a shoddy job because they think I have my vehicle for free
