    No communication at all till the last three days. No cleaning kit or any incentives at all. VW give you lots more personal attention as a valued customer. Even after the lame response from bmw I would not change anything g I said. Customers like to feel valued. I absolutely did not feel this from bmw.

    Amazing experience! Cannot be more happy with it all! Mark price has honestly made the experience so seamless, really appreciated him keeping in contact and informing us of everything happening. He managed to get us the car 3 months early which I am still shocked about. Cannot thank him enough!

    Mark Price was absolutely amazing during the whole process. I received daily updates about the delivery of the car, and I was always in the loop about any delays. Upon collecting the car, Mark was extremely patient and friendly when it came to making sure I walked away satisfied and and understood all features of the car, setting up the BMW app etc. All in all, I appreciate Marks fantastic service and wish I could rate him more than 5 stars for his patience and effort.
