    Neil Watts has been great from our first enquiry about the scheme and car through to the handover of the car. He has been very supportive of my blindness and mobility disabilities including moving obstacles out of my way and ensuring that I had easy access to the car. There are still a few actions that need to be completed but I have no doubt that his excellent service will continue.

Neil was very informative when I collected my car running through the features of the vehicle, kept in contact after to check how I was getting on with the vehicle.     This was our first motability car and it was a big decision for my registered blind wife Lin and she felt Neil Watts understood her needs and went out of his way to support her. Driving a car round to the front entrance so that she could see the colour without walking more than a few steps was an excellent, but only one example of this. What could have been a stressful experience was an enjoyable one to remember. Thank you.

    Phoned Peugeot Braintree Saturday morning spoke to Henry Bullard about looking at a car and test driving it for a mobility car.
    He invited to come straight to the show room to have a look that day , so my son and I went down we were greeted by Henry in such a kind lovely manner he knew all the answers to my questions and made us feel totally at ease.
    He allowed me to test drive Peugeot 50008 while we were there he showed my son and I how everything worked.
    I was so impressed I ordered my car the same day. He even answered questions for josh on his next car.
    It was all done very efficiently and he was so friendly.
    Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs help with buying a car.
    I even had s email first thing Monday morning informing me my car had been ordered thank you 😊 Henry
