    Reception very helpful.
    I was offered a coffee it was just a long wait but worth it for the service and my car was nicely cleaned and hoovered thank you.

    Loan car was a manual I can only drive an automatic. So I had to wait from 9.30am until 2.30pm 20 miles from home .
    The coffee machine was not working so no drinks the reception staff were nice but needed to keep checking what was going on.
    Car has done 21600 miles service was for 65000 miles I won't be going back
