    Dealer told me lies that the car was in the country when it hadn’t even been built! Disgraceful customer service and awful way to treat people!
    I’ve just seen the reply that was posted. It’s not good enough! If the Vauxhall system would not allow the release of the vehicle,why wasn’t I informed of this, and why was I told by the dealer that the car was sat at the docks waiting to be assigned to a transporter? Dirty tactics just to keep customers waiting so they still get the sale!

    I have spoken to the dealership in Bury and they have explained to me the situation. I’m sorry that we could not get you the vehicle you wanted and that our Vauxhall system did not allow the release of the vehicle we thought we could get you.
