    From walking in the door to ordering my car and then collecting I was treated extremely well. The staff are helpful knowledgeable and considerate to the needs of families and disability. The fact that all staff are trained in mobility is outstanding.
    Although I’m a mobility customer I was treated exactly the same as someone who had gone in with a bag of cash which can be rare for dealerships. I was supported in my choice of car but not harassed to buy it which gave me the ability to make an informed decision but also made me want to deal with this dealership more as constant harassment is something that greatly puts me off and doesn’t show attentive customer service.
    The test drive was easy to book and fast appointment was given. I was given the time I needed to decide and assess the car and felt I could ask any question and take as long as I needed to process and understand.
    Everyone was polite chatty and we ended up having a giggle. Mr Love was very sincere in making sure the car fitted mine and my sons needs and I felt extremely comfortable with his care and consideration.
    The atmosphere of the whole place is inviting and it is the first dealership I’ve been too where this has been the case.
    I highly recommend that mobility customers see the range of cars at the dealership as I’m sure you will find something that both suits your needs with the attention you need to feel supported.

    James at Rawlinson Renault was extremely helpful when we were deciding which car to choose. He was informative and knowledgeable on the Renault Zoe which we were interested in. James didn’t leave any stone unturned, he explained in detail everything that we may have needed to know - even showing us how to work the electric charger point (this is our first electric car so completely new to us) by taking us to a charging point whilst on our test drive and explaining step by step the routine and which apps would prove useful. We did not feel pressured at all within the sale which was nice. James made us feel comfortable and made us aware that if we needed any further information, he would be available to help. Thank you James and the team at Rawlinson Renault!
