    Brilliant experience, I was well informed the whole way through. Matthew was very knowledgeable and helpful - he explained everything in great detail so I wasn’t left confused or still wondering, He even sent me a personalised video of the car whilst I was still waiting on the application side of the process! The handover went smoothly and he took time to show me how the car works, set me up with the system and answered any questions I have. I was greeted by another salesman who congratulated me and made sure I knew if I had any problems to contact them. I left feeling safe and excited! After my 3 years I am likely to go back to Skoda purely because of the service I received. Brilliant team and credit is due. I have had 3 cars on the scheme and Skoda has been the best by a mile. 👍
