Our experience was an excellent one , this young lady went the extra mile and that’s the biggest reason we chose a ford rather than the Nissan that we originally wanted .

- Rating 4.0Aug 22, 2023The service I get here is very good & I feel well looked after. But today when I put my car in for an oil change it needed an oil filter change. But they did this whilst I waited with my daughter. But I was told by the service man that both my front tyres were illegal & they needed changing. I was worried but confused as I knew they were ok. So I went to Kwik fit straight away & they told me they were absolutely fine??!!! I was relieved & I was told they were fine as the man measured them & said I didn’t need to worry. I have tried to call Ford to tell them this but unfortunately I can’t get through on the many times I have tried when calling to speak to them. I can’t even leave a message?! I haven’t had time to go in as I’m away on holiday. That’s why I’ve given them a four star rating this time. But normally I would give a 5. Maybe the person doing my actual health check on my car needs to be told that they were wrong.
