    Rickie Meads was absolutely amazing, very understanding and patient with all our questions. He very quickly acknowledged us and listened to what we were after. We shared that we had been to another ford dealer closer to home but he was very unprofessional and dismissive,not even a chair was offered the two time we visited so we went to Harlow and met Rickie who changed our view. He was very friendly and professional. He kept us in the loop and updated with the car arrival. He explained everything we needed to know and was wonderful.
