Gates of Harlow Ford Exceeded all of my expectations especially my motability advisor “Latrice” Latrice was very attentive and very thorough going through every detail of the ordering process from beginning to end. Being extremely patient with me and answering all of my questions in a pleasant and relaxed manner making me feel at ease. I received monthly updates on how my factory order was progressing and when my vehicle was ready to collect I was shown around the car and taken through every gadget and gizmo by Latrice individually so I wasn’t left wondering how things worked. In the past I’ve been left feeling strung along by garages when placing orders I’ve been given certain time frames at the point of placing order only for said garages to move the goalposts weeks down the line once they have the order in the bag, That wasn’t the case with Gates of Harlow Latrice said we were looking at the first week of October for collection and it was actually ready 2 weeks early!! Good old fashion customer service and attention to detail really does still go a very long way in this ever technological age and Gates of Harlow and in particular Latrice have this down to a tea!
